By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions, which can be found on our website under Terms > Terms by Clauses and Price Plan.
When you contact us, a non-refundable call-out fee will be taken, as outlined in our terms.
Our goal is to have a contractor with you within two hours—often within just one hour.
We handle a wide range of domestic and commercial electrical faults.
If any issue arises, our company is committed to providing understanding and support, doing everything possible to deliver the highest level of service.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message—either by email or text—which serves as your receipt. An invoice can also be provided upon request.
We will then organise the contractor and dispatch them according to the agreed time.
After notifying the engineer, we’ll send you another text message with the contractor’s name, phone number, estimated time of arrival (ETA), job details, and the service address. We’ll also follow up to ask about your experience with the attending engineer.
